Overseers, please remember to checkout any tools or the power tool shed/gate key when you borrow them to work on your trail. In the small book in the pencil box with flames on it, please list the date, your name and the tools that you are borrowing, the gate key (if applicable), the time that you checked the tools out and the time that you checked them back in. Thanks.

Overseers, if you are able to volunteer during the week, please let Mark Ellis know so that we can get priority tasks done during the week. You may also be asked to partner with Mike C from the park’s maintenance staff to work on trails and/or serve as a swamper while he sawyers. Please email Mark if you can volunteer during the week.

Overseers, if you need a second person to help you blaze your section, please either email Mark Ellis or use the Contact Form on this site and we can help to find you a helper.
